Cancellation Policy

At Laurel Hill Salon, we understand life happens and schedules can change. As a courtesy to our stylists and other clients, we kindly ask that you 

 provide 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. An appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as a no-show appointment, will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. There will also be a 50% nonrefundable deposit made to your next prebooked appointment
