Cancellation Policy

At Laurel Hill Salon, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients. We understand life gets busy and things happen. To ensure we can accommodate all appointments, please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Please note:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or no-shows, may result in a 50% charge for the missed booking service and may require a 50% deposit to book future appointments.
